Many couples come to me with a heavy heart saying, <em data-start=\"643\" data-end=\"698\">\u201cWe have prayed and prayed, but nothing is changing.\u201d<\/em> Their assumption is that maybe God is silent, or worse, that God has abandoned them. Yet often the truth is this: prayer is not a replacement for obedience, healing, and wisdom.<\/p><p data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"1029\">Marriage was never designed to be sustained by prayer alone. God is not ignoring you. He is waiting for you to open the wound to His light.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1670\"><p data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1670\"><strong data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1428\">Cycles are repeated, not broken<\/strong><br data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1431\" \/>Many Christian couples repeat toxic patterns because they have never sat down to talk about their communication styles, their triggers, or their unresolved conflicts.
